Dr. Gail Williams-Kerver received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Texas A&M University in 2010. For her graduate studies, she attended Missouri State University, where she earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2012. She then went on to complete a PhD in clinical psychology from Kent State University in 2018. To fulfill the requirements for her doctorate, Dr. Williams-Kerver completed an American Psychological Association-accredited internship at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After graduating in 2018, she started a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) T32 postdoctoral fellowship with the Midwest Regional Training Program in Eating Disorder Research in Fargo, North Dakota. Dr. Williams-Kerver transitioned to an assistant scientist position at the Sanford Center for Biobehavioral Research in 2020.
